Scheduling Serenity
We decided to officially begin morning workouts on 3.6.17 and I absolutely loved it. Rowing, leg extensions, leg press, inner/outer thighs, and squats. I enjoy getting to design the workouts, so morning workouts are my favorite. Tonight, 3.7.17, we went to a new Yoga class. The class was alright. Some of the transitions were choppy, and sometimes distracting. Overall though I was glad that we went. I'm pretty sure next Tuesday we are going to go to the swim class (which I LOVE). Our new schedule is as follows: Monday legs, Tuesday class rotation, Wednesday arms, Thursday Yoga, and Friday-Sunday is fend for yourself, aka the weekend. I think on Fridays I am going to do a video and on Sunday I am going to do Arms/Core work. I feel like I am creating more available time in my schedule lately, and I am loving having some more time to myself.
